The Kinetrol Steadyline series are precision valve actuators with built-in damping devices providing smooth resistance to actuator/valve shaft rotation (the resistance increases with angular velocity). The Kinetrol Steadyline product smooths out the actuator's standard travel, dampens any pipeline flow-induced valve disc oscillations, and allows the user to specify a minimum amount of travel time upon power failure.
